Delete account

You can delete your Outside account and its associated data at any time.

In the app

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Tap the gear (Settings) and, at the bottom, Delete account.
3. Confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

By email

If you cannot access the app, email suporte@gooutside.click from your account email with the subject "Delete account" and your @handle. We complete the request within 15 days.

What is deleted

• Profile, name, @handle, bio, photo and email.
• Posts, photos, comments, likes, RSVPs and tags.
• Followers, following, requests and favorite places.
• Current location and location history.
• Sessions and sign-in credentials.

Backups are overwritten within 30 days. We may keep minimal records when the law requires it (for example, access logs for 6 months under Brazilian law) or to investigate an open report.

If you signed in with Apple, you can also revoke access in Settings → [your name] → Sign in with Apple.
