OutsideTerms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Outside app, provided by Lucas Campos, an individual based in Brazil ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Outside
You must be 18 or older, provide accurate information and keep a single personal account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secret.
2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content
Outside has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, send or engage in:
- harassment, threats, intimidation, stalking or doxxing;
- hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or origin;
- nudity, sexually explicit content, exploitation or any content involving minors;
- graphic violence, incitement to violence, terrorism or self-harm;
- scams, spam, fake profiles, sale of illegal goods or unlawful activity;
- sharing another person's location, address or personal data without consent;
- tagging people in misleading or offensive ways;
- infringement of copyright, image or trademark rights.
You can report posts, comments and profiles and block users directly in the app. We review reports within 24 hours, remove violating content and suspend or remove the accounts that posted it.
3. Meeting in person
Outside helps people meet, but we do not verify users' identity, background or intentions, and we do not organize or supervise meetups. You alone are responsible for your interactions on and off the app. Follow our safety tips and contact the authorities in an emergency.
4. Your content
You own what you post. To run the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example, resize photos) and display that content to the people you allow. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for temporary backups and legal obligations. You confirm you have the rights to what you post, including consent from people who appear in your photos.
5. Location
Posts record where they were made. You control who sees your current position in privacy settings. Do not use the app to monitor or follow other people.
6. Acceptable use of the service
Do not try to access accounts or systems without permission, scrape data, bypass technical limits, reverse engineer or overload the service.
7. Suspension and termination
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or the law, or that put others at risk. You can delete your account at any time.
8. Free service, no warranties
Outside is free and provided "as is". It may change, become unavailable or be discontinued, with reasonable notice where possible. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for other users' conduct. Nothing here limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.
9. Apple
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support, but Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Your use is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA.
10. Changes and governing law
We will notify you in the app of material changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Contact: suporte@gooutside.click.
